Greek teenagers need the Lord and love sports! That's why our SportsPlus team will join other ministers at a campground in Thessaloniki this summer. Our team will help facilitate and organize different sports activities and games throughout the day and use these opportunities to share Christ with the students. The campground has a large playground and field, a basketball court, and a soccer field.

Each camper is invited to stay for one week and will be assigned to one of our SportsPlus members in a cabin of 5 teens. This will provide a great platform to build relationships with each camper and facilitate Bible studies and discussions in a small group setting.

The SportsPlus training camp will take place from July 1-3, 2008. Volunteers will train with other mission teams and will then depart from the Atlanta airport on July 3 to go on their mission.
