Application Process

Thanks for taking the first step in getting involved with SportsPlus. We are excited about your partnership! God has an amazing way of taking your ability and your availability to impact the people you will serve, build lasting friendships with teammates, and forever change your perspective. You will be changed through this experience.

This is not just an application for a mission project. We want to learn more about you and help you discover a place of service. Step one will help us accomplish this. When you are ready to proceed with the full application, you will then complete Step two.

The two steps to the SportsPlus application are listed below. At any time you can save your partially completed application and return to it later.

Step One:

This step only takes a few minutes. You will be asked for your contact information, basic personal history, and availability. We need these details to help you determine where you would best fit in with one of our project opportunities. Once you complete this step, you will be contacted by our staff. We will offer encouragement and guidance as you discover God's path for you life. (If you have not already registered as a sportsmissions.com user, you will be asked to do so prior to beginning Step One.)

Step Two:

Once you have prayerfully determined what project you want to apply for and once you have communicated with our staff, you will be asked to continue on to the final section of the application. This is a more in-depth portion and takes more time to complete. We need details (your sizes for merchandise, your passport information, etc.). You will be asked to provide a brief testimony of your salvation and how that decision has affected your life. You also must provide three references who can speak of your character and your desire to serve through missions. When you submit this portion of your application, you will be notified by our staff concerning the review and acceptance process.
